Roster question
May I do this?
I want to drop Dylan Smith from my major league roster, promote Owen Ayers, a place Trevor Bauer on my minor roster.
Is this legal?

Re: Roster question
Dropping Smith is ok, so is promoting Ayers, but since Bauer isn't on a minor league roster, he wouldn't be eligible to be added.

Re: Roster question
He actually is:
On June 22, 2026, Bauer's contract was purchased by the Diablos Rojos del México of the Mexican League, marking his second stint with the team.
