Typically once someone says they are done drafting, their remaining picks are essentially "gone".  That being said, I would guess you could still trade for picks that we have not gotten to yet in the draft.  That would mean you would get any 4th and 5th round picks, but not his 3rd that was skipped.  If it was within the 24 hour rule maybe, but the 3rd round pick is well passed that so would have been forfeit at this point anyways.
