He made a trade, we all saw it, he can’t try to postpone it now that it impacts his protected players. We’ll start the clock on this next round of picks at noon Eastern today. Nick can either add his new player to his extra 5 list or he can leave him unprotected. If he doesn’t do anything by noon, he’ll be considered unprotected for these next picks and will be eligible to be taken again.
This may seem unnecessary but everyone is playing by the same rules, we’re not going to make exceptions for anyone.

No rules on trades during the draft, gangster is right! Luckily the new teams already realize the flaw of this, so who I just traded to get back will be unprotected and not drafted.
*sigh*

Come on Nick, you thought you should be able to keep extra minor league players? There was no rule about trades because I didn’t expect anyone to try that nonsense during the draft. There will absolutely be a rule the next time and I’ll name it after you.
