He should be allowed to redo his protected list, but the league shouldn’t subsidize his foolishness by allowing an extra protection 😆

My opinion he should not have to re-protect Xavier. Essentially operates as a post draft trade. Similar to what we see in the nhl during expansion drafts. He keeps his protected list as is and Xavier is still unavailable.
