At this stage, I think we advertise for four owners, as Old Milwaukee/Jiro and Philly have not replied to multiple attempts to contact them. We will look to replace them as well as Glenmore and Intimidators.

Here's my plan, pending feedback from the league.

If we get four new owners "fast enough" - expansion draft where they pick their keepers from the abandoned rosters.

If we get less than four new owners: anyone that joins will be allowed to pick an abandoned roster to take over. 

For the remaining teams, we either contract (this could create an influx of HIGH END talent in the draft pool), or we leave them as ghost teams that are autodrafted until a new owner is found to take over the reins. Frankly, that's pretty much what Philly's team was last season.
