    He can still make his 2nd round pick. His first round pick has been forfeited based on time after it was skipped with the new rules that started last year.  His 2nd round pick has been skipped, so others can pick now.  But Hooli can still make that one until 4:15 eastern time today before it is forfeited as well.

    Sorry, I was wrong. I went back and looked at the rules. He gets 24 additional hours on the 1st pick, it drops to 12 on 2nd. So he can make both picks until 4:15 eastern time today. Otherwise both are forfeited.

    I just got in here as I wasnt able to get in this morning.  I see its 4:13 now.  I would like to have an extension on 1 hr to 5:15 due to not being able to get on the site this morning.  If not, I do understand.
