Ok, Hooli's 24 hours are up. He has 12 more hours to make his pick or it is completely skipped.
With my back to back picks I will take Chase Davis, OF, St. Louis, and Tommy Troy, SS, Arizona.
Hooli is back on the clock but only 12 hours for this pick. He essentially has 12 hours to make both of his picks.
