Unfortunately no. He's considered an MLB player at this point. Best you can do is stash him on your IL. Though if someone can come up with a good idea on how to give us 1 tommy john injury slot, I'm all for it. Seems to be a bit more frequent and hurts to carry those guys for a year and a half.
